Fall of roof on roadway while repairing; while knocking out an arm of a pair of timbers with a heavy hammer a fall of roof occurred and two other pairs of timbers were discharged resulting in a fall measuring 12 feet 9 inches by 9 feet 7 inches, by 5 feet 10 inches in thickness one end, and 2 feet 5 inches the other.
