Details of Event
He was filling a tub of dirt, when a piece of stone pushed off the side of the gate and rolled on his foot. This caused him to fall. He was off work until May 4th and worked intermittently till June 14th. He died on 25th August from tumour on the brain. Medical evidence was to the effect that death was accelerated by the accident.
