Deceased was walking in front of his horse, with a tram of coal having two sprags in the wheels, down a heading dipping 21ins. per yard, when the horse bolted, knocking deceased down, and dragging him a distance of over 20 yards. The horse is not known to have bolted before, and had been underground for five years.
