Deceased was going inbye with his horse attached to a journey of tubs. The first tub was full of dirt. He was riding in the second tub contrary to Special Rule 91 when a piece of rock, 4 feet by 3 feet by 1.5 feet, fell from between two breaks in the roof and crushed his body against the edge of the tub, killing him instantly. The roof had been examined by the fireman about an hour previous to the accident and was then apparently good and safe.
