Died 17th July. Deceased was leading water with a water tub drawn by a pony. After emptying the water in tub over a dam he stepped on the sill of the dam and struck the pony to start it and as it moved away he attempted get on to the limbers when his foot slipped and he was crushed between the tub and a prop.
