Fall of rubbish from a stull over the 220-fathom level, 40 fathoms east of Harriett's shaft. Apparently some shots which he and his comrades had fired disturbed the stull pieces. Deceased and his comrades having resumed work, without properly examining the place, did not notice that the stull piece had been disturbed.
