Inspection made and inquest attended. Deceased and his marrow had blasted down part of the roof and engaged in making ready a shot in part of the fallen material a stone fell from the roof and killed him. Probably the shot had loosened this stone but both his marrow and another man declared that deceased had examined it after the shot was fired and considered it good.
