Deceased was coming outbye with three full tubs, and loosed the limbers off whilst the tubs were in motion in order to join them to other full tubs in the landing. He evidently fell in front of the tubs and was found lying face downwards across the way. The landing was level and had a uniform height of 5 feet 4 inches, and 3 feet clear space between full and empty tube was provided, but there were no empties in the landing at the time of the accident.
