Crushed by cog wheels of engine driving picking and screening belts engine had been stopped quarter of an hour during breakfast deceased took upon himself to start the engine being single cylinder and on the centre it did not start when the opened the steam valve leaving steam on he got over the fence rail and pulling on the fly wheel standing in the space of 23 inches between fly wheel and cog wheels a piece of brattice round his shoulders to keep rain off caught in the cog wheels when engine started and he as pulled in the cog wheels and killed. The engine as stopped by the regular attendant who was close at the heels of deceased and who stopped the engine after the accident.
