Roof fall. A Stirling miner was the victim of a fatal accident which occurred in Millhall Colliery on Wednesday forenoon. He was Peter Hunt who resided at 24A Duff Crescent. He was working at the coal face when a large stone fell from the room killing him instantly. Deceased, who was about 42 years of age and a married man, served throughout the Great War and was a popular and enthusiastic Territorial, being a corporal in the Stirling Signals Company.
