Deceased and another person were pushing a tub of coal along a level roadway, and when opposite a cross road, a large fall of roof took place from a slip causing two running bars, and cross bars over them, to give way, and deceased was found fatally injured under the fall. The fireman had examined the place about twenty minutes before the accident occurred, and considered it safe and well timbered. The other person assisting deceased with the tub escaped with only slight injuries.
