Deceased was pushing an empty tub along a level from e passbye towards the workings, when, owing to a misunderstanding, he collided with a full tub which another Drawer was pushing in the opposite direction. Deceased was seriously injured about the head and upper part of the body, and died from the effects of his injuries a week later.
