He was caught between a hauling rope and a sheave which he had been oiling. He had under taken the work of another boy, and was trying to finish the oiling of two sheaves whilst the hauling rope was running. He had no right to do either of these things, nor had he any business to be standing on the skeating as he was at the time of the accident.
