A fall took place on a main road running out four girders and exposing 6 yards of roof. About 12 hours later, when men were clearing away the fallen material, a large stone fell from the roof and fatally injured deceased. No attempt had been made to support the roof over the area of the previous fall, either temporarily or permanently. The place had been examined by a deputy about three hours before the accident.
