Deceased was employed on a picking belt and part of his work was to lower the wagons from the hurry or shoot after they were loaded. A loaded wagon stood a few yards in front of the shoot a wagon at the shoot was just finished loading and three wagons loaded from a heap stood on the same line of rails 3 or 4 feet behind. The locomotive came to remove the five wagons and after being coupled to the first was signalled back by the guard and bumped against the wagon at the shoot which in tom humped against the three behind it and rebounding caught and crushed deceased who at this moment appears to have gone between the first and second wagons to couple them.
