Fall of roof at face, cliff, 6.5ft. by 4.5ft. by 14ins. thick. Deceased was pulling down some top coal and when it fell, the roof it had supported also fell and fractured his skull. There was a smooth slip on each side of the stone. Deceased was in the charge of an experienced collier. Ras Las seam.
