The deceased, his son, and son-in-law, were travelling down a self-acting incline when they met the empty set just about meetings. To avoid this they stepped into the full road and were run into by the full set. The deceased was so seriously injured that he died before arriving at the hospital, the other two men escaped with slight injuries. They should have been in a refuge hole. Travelling when the sets are in motion on a self-acting incline is most dangerous and should not be allowed.
