- Fall of roof in working place from between two slips known to be there whilst taking out a prop with a short shafted hammer. Apparently he made no examination before knocking the prop. The props interfered with the filling of a tub. He ought to have set another prop before disturbing the one carrying the weight of the roof between the two slips. (Good roof).
