Deceased was found lying dead between the rails at a curve on a main and tail rope rolleyway. He had charge of a pump worked by the tail rope. His legs had been cut off by the tail rope, which had crossed over owing to the collapse of a sheave. From the evidence it appeared that he was doing something to the sheave at the time.
