Deceased brought three full tubs into a landing dipping inbye, and spragged the tubs while he coupled. He then drew out the sprags. As a fact, he had failed to couple and the three tubs ran amain inbye. He foolishly got in front of the tubs to try and stop them and was knocked down, and a tub ran over him and killed him. Had he allowed the tubs to run on they would have been stopped in some 25 yards by a chock. Plenty of sprags were provided.
