A haulier was taking two empty trams up a road rising 3 inches per yard when the horse fell, and in struggling to rise, kicked out the pin of the gun, and liberated the trams. A barhook which was behind them, broke and they ran back, and over deceased, who was walking up the road. There was ample room in the sides to pass a tram.
