A driver coming outbye with a set found him lying in the empty way with his legs stretched across between the ways. The boy was lying on his back and his pony had its near hind foot on his neck. It is presumed that he fell between the pony and the bow of the limber he was a very small boy and that the pony bad kicked him on the head and broken his skull.
