Endless rope road with single tubs. Two empty tubs arrived at deceased’s station together attached to the ripe by two separate clips. He unclipped the first, pulling it forward and when attempting to clip it on to the rope again the other bumped into it throwing deceased into the full road when he was run over. Died 11th December.
