Details of Event
He was employed at a junction upon an endless rope haulage plane and had to detach empty tubs and attach full ones at the outbye side of the gear wheels. After moving a switch upon the empty road he momentarily forgot the full train and stepped into the full road and was run over by the full tubs with fatal results.
