Miscellaneous Underground – By Explosives – Deceased and another man were each lighting two shots at one time; the latter got his two lit before the former and they had to retire. As soon as the two shots exploded deceased returned to light his; just as he reached the face one shot, the fuse of which he had attempted to light, exploded and injured him so severely about the chest that he died the following morning.
