He was lowering a tub of dirt down a gate without locker in with his back in front of the tub when he caught his foot against a steeper and foil and the tub ran on to and killed him. The weight of the ub and dirt was about a ton and the gradient of the road 1 in 50. He was acting contrary to the Special Rules and to orders he had received the same day not to lower these tubs.
