Deceased was walking inbye to his work along with others when he seemed to trip and fell forward and his head struck a prop he was at once attended to but died almost immediately. It was at first thought that he had broken his neck but a post-mortem examination revealed no injury and that death was due to heart disease. An inquest was held and medical evidence given to this effect and so the Jury found. The Local Inspector after reciting the conditions of road concluded in our opinion he must have tripped himself up."
