Run over by a tub drawn by a horse. A chain used as a stop-block at the top of an inclined length of the roadway not in position to check the tub which should have been stopped there and lockered. The horse drew the tub on to the incline and deceased between the horse and the tub tried to stop the tub but was thrown from it and killed.
