- Details of Event
- Deceased had drawn a sprag and got down some clod which was considered dangerous. While clearing up the debris a further fall of clod took place and struck him, and he was so severely injured that he died in half-an-hour. The seam is very thick, and has an inclination of 1 in 4.5, and sprags should be used whether holing is done or not.
