He and another man were pushing a tub up the face, and in twisting it at the flat sheet he put his right hand against the coal, face and his left against the corner of the tub. When he was pushing his left hand slipped, and he fell with his left side on to the corner of the tub, over the region of the heart, and was killed instantly.
