Crushed by tubs, probably walking in front between horse and tubs trying to hold them back to prevent their pressing on to horse, was overpowered and found dead under the 1st tub. Started from shunt with nine tubs, two scotches in last two tubs, after going a short distance the 4th tub left the rails. Deceased and another uncoupled 4th from 5th and following tubs, put it on rails without recoupling went forward, the four tubs having then no scotches to retard went faster, gradient 1 in 70.
