Details of Event
He was found dead under the first tub of a train of three which had been drawn by a pony. The pony was detached from the tubs and the usual number of lockers was in the wheels. The road had recently been watered and it is probable that the tubs ran more freely than usual and that Herberts slipped when trying to stop them.
