Deceased signalled away the loaded cage and shortly after he attempted to cross the cage seat to got to the other side when the cage descended on him. After the cage left the engineman by signal stopped the opposite cage at the lower scaffold to get a loaded tub of props for outer shaft and as soon as the props wore on cage he again raised it, and coal loaded cage descended.
