Deceased was driving four empty inbye up a slight incline the road was in good order and there was height. He usually rode in the tub either sitting on one side with his feet in the tub or he knelt in the tub. He was found dead under the second tub which was derailed and his cap was found in it. The pony a quiet one was standing attached to the set. Deceased's open light was burning near his head. He had probably fallen backwards between the first and second tubs.
