Deceased was found lying face downward under a full tub which he was taking along a road having a very slight gradient outbye. The tub was off the rails, and deceased lay beneath it diagonally with one of the back wheels on his neck. He was dead. The tail chain, with the horse's gears fixed thereto, was attached to the tub, the horse having apparently pulled himself out of the gears. It is probable that deceased was down in front of the tub scraping a piece of dirt from near the back wheels when the horse started and pulled the tub on the top of him.
