Inquiry made and inquest attended. Deceased met with a fatal accident, which was due to the explosive saxonite exploding when he was charging the hole with a copper rammer. The first part of the charge only had been put in, the detonator not being in the hole at the time, so that the shot apparently exploded through friction or concussion.
