- A small dip fault had been bared in front of the gate road more than a week previous to the accident. Some floor had been taken up and the roof stone ripped to the fault. A middle-set prop had boon set on the previous day 3 feet from the fault and on the morning of the accident a bar. Deceased and his mate were preparing the ground for another bat when a large stone fell from the fault slip pushing out the middle set and forcing deceased’s head on to the bar which was lying on the ground and killed him instantly.
