Several ponies, accompanied by their drivers, were proceeding to the stables. Deceased was leading his pony close upon the heels of another one, and he allowed his pony to get too close and to touch it, with the result that it kicked and struck deceased in the abdomen, and he died on the following day from the effects of the injury.
