This accident was due to a contravention of General Regulation 26. Deceased was in front of a tub of coal which he was taking down a stall road having so average gradient of 1 in 9.5 He was found dead at the bottom head having apparently caught a low bar 6 feet beyond the sheet and been crushed by the tub.
