Deceased was working off some overhanging coal from the side of an air way. He had set up a sprag and then commenced to hole in the dirt between top and bottom coal, when a portion of the coal broke off at the sprag and fell upon him, so severely injuring him that he died three days later. Deceased had holed into an old break behind the coal and liberated it.
