In roadway while passing along tunnel 12ft. wide, 6ft. high. Had been examining the haulage road and stopped to signal, exactly coincident with the fall of a piece of rock from each side of a bar. The stone was 14ft. long by 4ft wide. It must have been ripe to fall. (Roof average).
