Deceased was taking a full tub along a drawing road, when a stone fell from a cavity and fractured his skull. Another Drawer had previously allowed his tub to overrun a landing at a cross road end and knocked out a bar leg and displaced some timber. Some datallers removed the timber, and the drawers commenced work before the covering timber had been replaced.
