- Endless rope under tubs, smallman's clip, almost level road, rope travels 1.5 to 2 miles per hour, found underneath the 12th tub; this happened to be a dirt tub. The only reasonable explanation of the accident is, deceased was walking in front of the train holding the clip, the train overran the clip, the tubs knocked down the boy and passed over him.
