Fall of roof at face. While the boy was said to be making a hole in the floor to receive a prop which his partner was dressing back on the roadway a fall of the shale roof occurred, and killed him. The fireman had warned the collier on his last visit to set a prop at the place, but the collier had neglected to carry out his instructions.
