Fall of roof on road cliff, 9.5 feet by 12 feet by 20 inches thick. As deceased was spragging the wheels of two trams which were being drawn by a horse round a turn, the front tram got off the rails, and knocked out two pairs of timber which the roof they had been supporting, fell on and killed deceased. There was nothing to be seen to account for the derailing of the tram.
