Deceased was said to have got into all empty journey that had just been drawn up to the top of an incline, to throw out some tools which he had put in, when the journey is said to have moved on, and he fell under one of the trams. It is more likely that he had ridden up in one of the trams and that in jumping off before the journey stepped, he fell and was run over.
