- Details of Event
- Deceased was bringing one full tub from the coal face to the endless rope siding when it caught against a wood prop set under one end of a steel girder and liberated some roof and side which fell on him as he was walking at the hack end of the tub. Tubs had been rubbing against the prop for two or three days which was known to the corporal, who ought to have "slewed" the rails from it.
