He was bringing a full set of 25 tubs outbye in the usual way, at about 5 miles an hour, by means of a clip bogie. Another bogie rider who was following with another set found that Hannah's set had come to a standstill, and that Hannah was under one of the tubs. There was nothing to show what caused the accident, as everything was in order, but it is quite evident that he fell off the bogie, possibly owing to the fact that his light had gone, as his lamp was found several yards inbye.
