Deceased was using a long crowbar to lever a loaded wagon off the weighbridge when he was caught between the buffers of the loaded and an empty wagon which was being pushed into position on the weighbridge. Two men and a boy were pushing the empty wagon, and they rashly came to the conclusion that deceased was out of the way without actually ascertaining if it was so.
