Fall of coal from face of working place caused by injudicious removal of sprags. 4 sprags had been taken out leaving one in the middle of 16 feet of coal holed 5 feet under. Either deceased was taking this last sprag out or whilst standing near the coal rode over the sprag. Coal had been undermined by a machine 4 days.
